TERMS OF SERVICE

QUICK PRE-COMMISSION NOTES

⦿ All works produced by me are under my ownership. Purchasing the rights off me will cost double your commission's grand total. No exceptions.⦿ I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason (violation of content policies, my own discretion, etc.)⦿ I have slot preservation system in place. If you claim a slot, but have not paid yet, that slot remains yours for 24 hours. If you have still not paid by the expiration date, your slot will be set back to the open position until you pay the full amount (the half-and-half rule expires if you fail to pay within the initial 24 hour window), meaning it can be overridden by anyone who pays within the 24 hour window upfront.⦿ Prices listed are standardized with no specialty. Differentiating prices may be incurred based on your commission's complexity.⦿ If you would like to contact me about any questions and concerns you may have, please make it known in your initial message when contacting me (don't just say "hi", I won't know what you're trying to talk about).

PAYMENT

⦿ Payments are taken upfront, no exceptions; they can be paid in full or split in half (pay half first, pay half when commission is complete) based on your choice.⦿ I only accept payments through Paypal and Ko-Fi. If you are unable to meet this requirements, Amazon giftcards equating to your grand total will also suffice.⦿ In the event of a refund, I will personally issue the refund myself.⦿ In the event of a refund after a commission is completed (not allowed), DO NOT EVEN TRY TO ATTEMPT A PAYPAL CHARGE BACK. If a charge back notification is received, you lose all rights to your commission, as well as having our conversations regarding your commission sent to Paypal staff as evidence that I did infact complete your commission, thus proving that your purchase was neither unintentional or fraudulent. Additionally, you'll be put on a commission blacklist until further notice.

CONTENT POLICY

⦿ I WILL NOT ACCEPT THESE COMMISSION PROMPTS: Offensive content directed towards any individual or group (examples: hate speech, LGBTQphobia, racism, slander, religious hate, etc.), illegal actions, gore-heavy content, photo-realism, overly-complex machinery/mechanoids.⦿ I realize I most certainly have missed a lot of other prompts, as I'm not knowledgable of what else may be out there that I will or won't draw. In any case, Please contact me using the links tab if you have any questions or concerns.⦿ For general NSFW, I'd say just try to keep things light. I realize "light" is a broad term, so again, please contact me with any questions you have.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

⦿ I will regularly be updating you with progression on your commission, one check-in per stage of the commission. For example, if you order a full-shading, you'll be updated on these 3 stages: sketch, lining + flats, and finally completion.⦿ Adjustments and tweaks are accepted all throughout the commission's progression; the only exception to this rule is when a commission is completed. After the completion of a commission, all tweaks will cost extra. See the price table above.⦿ Your refund grace period starts 30 days after the commission is placed. After 30 days, you may request a refund at any time; additionally, any adjustments requested to your commission are free of charge. However, if progression has already gone past the sketch phase, a sketch price will be deducted off your refund.
